At Lumorraa Living, every order is special. We don’t just pack and ship a product — we prepare something that will soon become part of your home, your daily rituals, and your memories. For that reason, we take shipping and delivery very seriously.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders, both within India and internationally. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing includes product selection, quality checks, secure packaging, and handover to our courier partner.
  • During festive seasons, sale periods, or unexpected surges in orders, processing may take slightly longer (we’ll inform you if so).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A dispatch email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • In rare cases of stock unavailability after an order is placed, we will notify you within 24–48 hours and provide alternative solutions (replacement/refund).
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may be placed on hold until clarified with the customer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.
  • Our packing team takes extra care to ensure fragile items like ceramics are well protected to minimize breakage risks.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require extended processing times, which will be communicated upfront.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, product type, and courier service.
  • Metro Cities (India): Usually delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities & Towns: Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote & Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days.
  • International Shipping (where available): Delivery timelines usually range from 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delays may occur due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen courier issues — while rare, these are beyond our control.
  • Once shipped, your package can be tracked via the tracking link provided in your dispatch email/SMS.
  • We work with multiple trusted courier partners (like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.) to ensure reliable service.
  • In case of high-value orders, couriers may require a signature on delivery.
  • If your order is delayed significantly, our support team will proactively keep you informed.
  • Delivery estimates do not include order processing times.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our Website or during checkout.
  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable (except in cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries).
  • Any applicable taxes or duties on domestic deliveries are included in the checkout amount.
  • International customers may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations (see International section).
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges levied by customs or local authorities.
  • If an order qualifies for free shipping but is later partially canceled/returned, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • For large or fragile shipments, additional handling fees may apply (customers will be informed before confirmation).
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if offered, may include extra service charges.
  • For bulk orders, special shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated separately.
  • Customers are encouraged to review shipping costs at checkout before placing their order.
  • If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping address, we may combine them into one package where possible.

📍 Delivery Information

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including name, address, pin code, and contact number.
  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Once the courier marks a package as “delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss if left unattended at the customer’s address.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier will usually attempt redelivery.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us — redelivery charges will apply.
  • Deliveries to office addresses should include working hours to avoid failed attempts.
  • For gated communities or secured buildings, customers must ensure couriers are permitted entry.
  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to route restrictions or courier operational issues.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery for visible damage before accepting it.
  • If a package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Once an order is shipped, changes to the delivery address are not always possible — please double-check details before placing your order.
  • Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with delivery updates.

🛑 Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
  • If the customer chooses not to have it redelivered, we may refund only the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by courier tracking but claimed undelivered by the customer will require a formal investigation with the courier before resolution.
  • Refunds for such cases are subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.
  • Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly to avoid missed deliveries.
  • In case of damaged or lost shipments during transit, we will provide a replacement or refund after courier confirmation.
  • Courier claims for damage/loss must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery in case of lost orders).
  • Lumorraa Living is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery.
  • In the case of Cash-on-Delivery (if offered), refusal of a package without valid reason may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
  • If we cancel an order due to operational issues (extremely rare), a full refund will be provided.
  • For international returns, all customs duties and re-import charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers must retain proof of delivery/receipt in case of disputes.
