· This website is owned and operated by Lumorraa Living (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
· We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
· Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
· We may, at our discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website for misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of Terms.
· Access to our website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues, and we will not be liable for such interruptions.
2. Products & Descriptions
· We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products, including dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes.
· Due to the handcrafted nature of ceramic crockery, minor variations in size, shape, glaze, or texture are natural and enhance the uniqueness of each piece. These are not defects.
· Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution, display settings, and photography lighting.
· Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before purchase if they have specific queries about a product.
· Fragile items like ceramic crockery must be handled with care. Damage caused by improper handling, dropping, or exposure to extreme conditions is not covered under returns.
3. Pricing & Payments
· All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
· Prices may be updated without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
· Payments must be made through the secure payment gateways provided at checkout. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
· We reserve the right to run promotional discounts, coupons, or offers for limited periods. Such offers may be subject to specific terms and cannot always be combined.
· In rare cases of pricing or typographical errors on the website, we reserve the right to correct them and cancel/refund affected orders.
4. Orders & Cancellations
· Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
· Once placed, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Beyond this, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
· We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if:
o The product is out of stock.
o There is suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
o Payment is incomplete or invalid.
o Incorrect billing/shipping details are provided.
· In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
· Bulk or wholesale orders may require separate agreements and are subject to availability.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Packaging
· Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and dispatched via trusted courier partners.
· Standard delivery timelines are 7–8 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to location, courier service, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
· Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
· All crockery items are carefully packaged with protective fillers to minimize the risk of damage.
· Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery and immediately notify us in case of damage.
· We are not liable for damages caused by third-party courier mishandling after dispatch.
· For remote or restricted locations, additional shipping time or charges may apply.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
· All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
· Products must be returned in their original packaging with protective materials to avoid damage in transit.
· Returns are not accepted for:
o Customized or personalized items.
o Sale or clearance items.
o Products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling.
· Refunds will be processed only after our team inspects and approves the returned product.
· Refunds are limited to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Exchanges are available only for items delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Customer Responsibilities
· Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details at the time of purchase.
· Customers are responsible for carefully handling ceramic crockery to avoid damage.
· Care instructions provided with products must be followed (e.g., avoid sudden temperature changes, store safely, wash gently).
· Customers must report any issues (damages, defects, or wrong items) within 48 hours of delivery. Delayed reports may not be eligible for claims.
· Misuse of promotional offers, fraudulent activity, or intentional damage may lead to order cancellation or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
· All website content — including product images, photographs, descriptions, logos, and brand designs — is the exclusive property of Lumorraa Living.
· You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

· We are not responsible for damages caused by:
o Mishandling of fragile crockery after delivery.
o Improper washing, cleaning, or storage of ceramic products.
o Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, glaze fading, or natural chipping over time.
o Failure to follow care instructions provided on our website or packaging.
· We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from use of our products unless proven to be due to a manufacturing defect.
· Delays, non-delivery, or damages caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control and will not be considered our liability.
· While we take utmost care to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, we cannot guarantee the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.
· Customers agree that the use of this website and purchase of products is at their own discretion and risk.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
· These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
· In case of any disagreement, customers are encouraged to first reach out to our customer care team for resolution. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.
· If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they may be referred to arbitration or mediation in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
· Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the venue shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.
· Each party shall bear its own costs during dispute resolution unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator or court.
· Customers agree not to initiate any class-action lawsuits against Lumorraa Living. Any claims must be made on an individual basis.
· Any claim must be filed within six (6) months from the date of the cause of action; otherwise, it will be deemed waived.
· By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that Lumorraa Living’s decision in matters relating to disputes (before legal escalation) will be considered final and binding.
